1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during special sale/discount offers

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for such cases.

5. Return Shipping
