1. Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during special sale/discount offers
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for such cases.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
